• All items are designed and handmade with love by me!
• Colours may very slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor screen variations.
• All sales are final - no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.

Orders

• I try to fulfill orders within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted.
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the the package and items. I will do my best to find a possible solution!

Shipping & Delivery

• I currently ship to USA, Canada, and select international countries. If your country does not appear in the checkout list, shipping is currently not available.
• Please confirm your shipping address as replacements will not be possible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
• Please submit a contact form as soon as possible if you need to update your address, and I will do my best to help!

Customs & Duties

• International customers are responsible for paying any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply once your package arrives.
• I’m unable to mark packages as “gift” or lower their value - thank you for understanding!
